Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard is on fire.

And he wants the world to know it.

After two more picks Sunday, emerging superstar Xavien Howard doesn’t just lead the Dolphins with seven interceptions.

He leads the entire league.

And yet, his name was nowhere to be seen when the NFL announced its first round of Pro Bowl voting.

If he doesn’t go to Orlando, it will be a travesty. He’s not only playing at a Pro Bowl level. He might be playing at an All-Pro level.

“I don’t feel like I get recognized enough,” Howard said in the moments after the Dolphins’ 21-17 victory over the Bills Sunday. “I’m going to let them know I’m the best corner in the game.”

Yes, you read that correctly. Howard doesn’t believe he’s among the best corners in football.

He thinks he’s the best — full stop.

“I’m the best corner in the league,” Howard repeated

“Look at my stats. There’s no doubt. Just watch the stats and watch my game.”

His game has been electric all season. And now he has the stats to go with it.
